GROHE Kitchen Sinks

Kitchen Sinks from GROHE

GROHE kitchen sinks

The sink is an essential element of any kitchen, essential for preparing meals and ensuring hygiene. GROHE offers its kitchen sinks in stainless steel or composite material. Stainless steel is well suited for kitchen sinks because it is perfectly hygienic, resistant to thermal shock and corrosion. If fragile objects fall in it, they won't break easily because of material flexibility. Finally, its shiny appearance is pleasing and makes it a very popular material. Stainless steel, on the other hand, requires special care because it is poorly protected against scratches and cannot withstand abrasive cleaning products. In addition to stainless steel, GROHE also offers composite sinks. These are available in grey or black granite. The material is flexible and ultra-resistant to scratches, heat and dents. The GROHE Whisper technology reduces the noise of water flow  of composite and stainless steel sinks.

The composite kitchen sinks available in our shop are round or rectangular in shape while the stainless steel sinks are all rectangular. Both are available in several sizes and can contain 1, 1.5 or 2 bowl sinks. For more information on the installation and technologies associated with GROHE sinks, click here.

How are GROHE sinks installed?

When installing your kitchen sink, you have the choice between drop-in-mounting or sub-mounting. The first are inserted above the kitchen countertop and the visible edges of the sink are then sealed to the worktop. A sub-mounting model is mounted below the worktop. This type of sink is often combined with natural stone or glass. Thus, there are no sink edges which has the advantage that the crumbs can simply be wiped off so that they fall directly into the sink. Additionally, the under-mounted sinks have a clean, seamless look ideal for modern, architectural kitchens.

What do GROHE sinks offer?

As mentioned before, GROHE Whisper ensures that your sink is the quietest ever. For composite sinks the material itself reduces the noise from water flow whereas GROHE stainless steel sinks special integrated insulation achieves the same effect. QuickFix Plus technology allows you to save up to 50% of time when installing your GROHE sink. A limited number of individual parts and flexible connections makes it possible. The StarLight coating protects the surface of the mixers to keep their shine for a prolonged time, to prevent scratches and to make them easier to clean. Some models are equipped with a remote evacuation system. With this, you will no longer have to plunge your hand into the dirty water to empty the sink.
